Gary Carlson and Jim Lovell formed
Trillium Homes in 1996. With years of construction and business
experience, the two principals share a common vision of building
homes that will present timeless architectural interest, using
high quality materials and modern construction techniques. They
work with clients to bring about an enjoyable building
experience that is more than a "business transaction".

interior designers who are carefully selected using your
criteria. The craftsmen assembled to complete the work are
